BOROUGH OF MOUNT JOY Borough Manager Position The Borough of Mount Joy is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Borough Manager. The Borough Manager performs the day-to-day duties under the general direction from Borough Council, manage and direct operations to ensure effective delivery of programs and services; facilitate and direct planning for use of land and capital resources to make the Borough an attractive place to live and work; recommend policy and procedures to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and objectives.
